Nguyen Cu Trinh Centre

New Urban Area, Nguyen Cu Trinh Quadrangle was built on the land with convenient transportation corridor of four routes: Tran Dinh Xu - Nguyen Trai - Cong Quynh - Nguyen Cu Trinh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

When the project is completed, the new urban area, Nguyen Cu Trinh Quadrangle will include retail space, offices and luxury apartments. The project consists of three areas: Urban areas multifunction was built on an area of 600,000 sqm for luxury apartments, commercial center, office, hotel.

Resettlement area in an area of approximately 100,000 m2 building for about 900 households; and Saigon hospital to be built with 300 beds in an area of approximately 36,000 sqm building.

In addition to large value of economic benefits, the project also offers great value in terms of the social, creating new modern apartment in the city as well as contribute to the improvement of infrastructure for District 1.
